No, you just use oil for the mag. The dow 33 would be for the Ion/Matrix/Shocker. Is it really that difficult to carry around both? And no, the shocker/matrix aren't really any harder to maintain. With all the money you plan on sinking into this I'd agree that you'd be better off getting either a PM5 or an old school Matrix LCD with eyes.

MY TRADER FEEDBACK (<--- click here)
Maroon/Black Karta ULE Emag w/Predator board :)
Red/Black Acid Wash Edge milled Excalibur -
Don't know how many answers have been given, but here are mine.
ROF on ramping goes up to 17, or atleast what they want you to think is 17 (higher or lower I do not know, but faster than you would ever need to shoot)
Anti-Syphon works, my cousin used it for a while.
The stock barrel can be bad, but I think they fixed the problem that the original batch had (i have an original batch one, which had poweder coat inside the tip of the barrel)
The feedneck and trigger are the two must-trash items on the ion. The trigger feels like a sad attempt at making a good shape out of the same plastic found in toys, and the feedneck can be a hassle. The o-rings on the inside of it are VERY 'sticky' in the sense that it is impossible to get the hopper in without breaking them, and once they break your done for the day unless you want to go midevil with some tape. I would get a clamping one, like the CCM No-Pro. I have an NDZ Roller trigger on mine. If you get a new trigger, make sure it has a ball-bearing because that is the main problem with the stock one (other than its material)IM SORRY AO FOR DISOBEYING YOUR SIG RULES!!!! FORGIVE ME!!!

I shot an Ion with only a clamping feedneck "upgrade" for a few months, though some of the triggers are nice.
I don't know about CO2 - if I recall SP said you could but I doubt that woudl work well at high ROF
The stock barrels are hit and miss, some of them have been very decent, some have sucked.
haha i wish that was true about their ramping or atleast it wasnt with the ion we had...it was brand new and no one new anything about the electronics..only spare gun that worked so we used it and ended up gettin pulled, it was shooting the full 17 bps.
