Why would you need an occluded sight for a Tac One? The rails are at an angle and the vert feed does not interfere with vision. Any cheap 30/40mm red dot with no magnification will do, shouldn't cost more than about $30. I had a BSA one on my Tac One, never turened it on though, LOL.

Some people just prefer occluded sights. I've seen people put a black scope cover on their red-dot sight on purpose. I've shot a handgun with an occluded red-dot sight and it did seem to be easier and quicker to aim since I wasn't expecting to be able to see through the sight, I just kept both eyes on the target and the dot ended up floating out there. I don't know if that makes sense, but just try it out.

OPnly site I have used and liked was the Dye Izon...again not for "sniping" but just as a general referance. If your close up it can be pretty right on when mounted to a good gun...but forget it once you shoot over 2 shots...Not good for snap shooting either since snap shooting is usually very fast and it takes a little longer to site and aquire then is required to snap shoot..

My recomendation is to drop the idea for a SCOPE and go for a RED DOT site of some sort if you wish...you do NOT want any magnification, since if you you need magnification to pic out your target, your not going to be able to even hit him the a paintball any way.

If your playing PUMp I do preffer to have a red dot though, just because you can't follow a stream (the stream does not have to be fast though) Although you are playing pump for SKILL

I'm with Recon By Fire -- an EO Tech is the ultimate IMO -- but they're too expensive to be a practical choice for most. You can get the BSA and it'll work just fine. Here's a good sample of what to consider http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...ainCatcat20712. Just stick with a 30mm or larger. I use mine for large scenario's that allow me to use dense cover to get those oh so satisfying head shots at 50 feet with one shot. The looks on their faces is priceless. - lol.
