So, did this thread die or did the event die? Alot of interest for this event, but it seems like its from the same group of players.

But seriously, I have a ton on the plate right now and I can only devote my time to events that I know are going to happen. My company, SPP, will be hosting a 3 man Young Guns tourney at the end of this month and an all day Scenario event on May 12th, both at Fox PB. These two events will be taking up a chitload of my time and my employees time. If this AO day is to happen, I need to know so I can get everything set up with the spare time I do have.
Still interested, but then again, still no (Thats 0) pre registered players. We need money up front to book this game to hold the spot. No walk on players will be allowed for this event.

Second, we should see if we can get this stickied. I know i forgot what days it was, and i had to search around to find it. the FINALIZED dates dont get stated until like, the 4th or 5th page. Me and Groove have the reg forms, and we will drop them off next time we are up there. Money too. I REALLY want this to happen. Maybe we need a post thats no BS...just the facts..man.

MAY 19th and 20th, $20.00/day, $50 case o' paint. Cookouts, mags, mini tourneys, fun had by all.

This isnt looking good guys. This thread was started on February 28th. Its now April 23rd, and the event is less than a month away. As of this time, I still have 0, thats 0 playes registered for this event. Its gonna take names and money in order to make this event happen. And if its the price thats holding you back, well, then ill have to suggest buying a hackey sack for $2.99.
If anyone was at Fox last weekend, you will know what im talking about. THE PLACE WAS PACKED!!! There is a limit on how many private games can take place per day at the field, and I cant hold a spot with playes just saying they will be there.
Now thats on Fox Paintballs end. On my end, I have ALOT on my plate. Being an X clown and all, I can juggle alot at one time. I cant, however, pre plan for an event that may not happen. And throwing everything together last minute sucks for the organizer, and makes for a really crappy event for the players. SPP (My company) has 4 huge events planned for May, PLUS, working a killer full time job (My job is paintball, how bad is that?? LOL)
So, this will be the "LAST CALL" for this event. If I dont have 20 players signed up by this weekend, then I will be stepping away from this event. Thats not to say the event cant still go on, its just that I will no longer be in charge.
