Sorry about that. Are you talking to Pyroman about this, or should we just set up a private game?

I have no problem with any dates, im ALWAYS at the Fox field. My only concern is locking in a date in time. Spring and fall is our busiest time, but the private games dont start filling up until a month or so beforetheir scheduled date. So, we still have plenty of time, I just want to do this right. We book up to 10 private games each day, and will be adding 2 - 4 new field this year on our property.
The only bad date at Fox would be May 12th. Thats our first all day Scenario Event of the season. This will be treated as a private game. This way we can do what we want, when we want, and where we want. Im planning on some good old woodsball games, plus im going to throw in a few of our more popular games reserved for private games, and possible some mission based games (Like our popular MINI Scenarios).
Lets do this big so we can make it an annual event.

That works for us at Fox right now too. The only thing planned is a Young Guns tournament on Sunday, April 29th, which wont interfere with anything.

Ok good, but the only date we wouldn't come was the Sam's Big Game date, and we aren't trying to fight ur dates, so there is no need to say stuff like "And if don't want to pay on those dates dont come." Odviously I won't lol but that needs not be said, cause we are excited about this, but we want it to work out for as much people as possible, and I'm glad you've talked to Tom it clears some things up.

BIG NOTE ABOUT April 28/29BIG NOTE ABOUT APRIL 28/29!!!!!

Thats the same days as the 24 hr scenario game at CPX. PRobably not a good idea to try and compete with that. I knwo i REALLY want to be at the AO day, but im not missing one of the only 24hr games i get to go to this year. PLus, CPX is close to Fox (sorta) and we shouldnt try to compete for players on a big scenario day.

Heres my problem; We get hundreds of private games each year at the field, thousands of players, run alot of great events, but, I DONT GET TO PLAY!!
Instead of a little get together, we need to talk PARTY TIME. Lets push for a good 100+ players. Make it a 2 day in May, like he said, the weather will be much nicer. Ill even turn on the lights for some night play (For the sober ones).
Pig roast? absolutely (But you will be required to bring 1 veggie dinner for the Field Manager)
I think if we do this, we do it big. Band? Bring it. Theres always city regulations, but I know how to tweek the rules a little.
So lets "GO BIG" and show these players how to party!! The owner is definitely up for this too. Tom vs Tim. 1 on 1. AWESOME!!

well, which is it then? Apr 28/29? sometime in may? Its gonna be hard to get a day where everyone is totally happy, so the best we can do is just pick a day and go with it. I for one could care less about CPX or anything else. If we get a big enough group who cares. On the flip side - WOULD it be a bad idea to get a big AO group for a mini scenario? I've heard good things about the ones that fox puts on.

Either way I'm in as long as I have the weekend we choose off.

Well, im not saying "OH FEAR THE OTHER GAMES!!!" Lol...but i AM saying that April 28-29 has TWO BIG scenario games going on, in that SAME area. One at Relm of Ruin, and one at CPX. both 24 hrs. Same area of the state, and sure to draw alot of people. Including me (as ive alreday paid my fee) So i would like to have it some other day. If thats not cool for everyone, then i understand. And i will have to make it next year. Still, i thought i would bring it up.
