well, which is it then? Apr 28/29? sometime in may? Its gonna be hard to get a day where everyone is totally happy, so the best we can do is just pick a day and go with it. I for one could care less about CPX or anything else. If we get a big enough group who cares. On the flip side - WOULD it be a bad idea to get a big AO group for a mini scenario? I've heard good things about the ones that fox puts on.

Either way I'm in as long as I have the weekend we choose off.

If we get enough players, like 100 or more, then ill set up a nice 3 hour MINI Scenario for you. Thats the sort of thing I can work with you guys on. I Manage the Fox field, but I own SPLATTERZONE PB, the company hosting all of the MINI Scenario's.
If not, I still have well over 100 different type of games we can play. Im sure everyones gonna want some regular good ole woodsball too, right?

100 might be a stretch tho. I myself might bring two or three other maggers, but who knows. Heck, if there's 50 I'll be super happy.

Once we get a date in stone, ill be making up flyers for the field. There are ALOT of Mag users that come down to thefield. Just mentioning it last weekend to a couple of players and they said they could bring around 10 Mag users to it. We could easily get 100, if we get started on promotions now.
If you dosplit the AO day and the Scenario dayat CPX, we will lose alot of players. Its a good idea, but most players cant afford a full day of play (Even at low entry and BYOP) right after an expensive Scenario game.

A little sloppy, but the weather is suppose to be mid to high 40's. Thats like a freakin Hells inferno compared to what we've been gettin, LOL

Free camping onsite, hotels within minutes (If ya know the area). Id like to get this date confirmed ASAP so I can get flyers made up by this weekend. If the weather hits 50 like expected, we should see a few hundred players at the field this weekend. Great for promotions.

It is probably going to come down to just picking a date. It's going to be really hard to avoid all the other events going on. Especially with so many other big fields that are fairly close to Fox. At least for this year we just need to make a choice. We can adjust the date and time later if this becomes an annual thing. (which it should )

On that note don't pick April 28-29 Me and Ninjeff will be at CPX and we really want to come to an AO event.

That date works for me. Nothing booked at the field at this time either. I need to make flyers for this weekend, were expecting a good turnout with this awesome weather and I want to get the word out ASAP.
