AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
i was hoping the smilie showed the sarcasm in my statement....
I was unsure and concerned that a third party reader would not understand the difference. Trademarks are interesting, in that the company must defend them and use them or else they can be lost. So, Smart Parts is required to enforce their trademark if they wish to keep it.

Ben - I dont like smart parts much at all. Just because i stick up for them over stupid crap like this doesnt mean anything. Yes i did own an ion and loved it but there wasnt a part on it that was SP (which is prob why it worked amazingly).
oh i know... but come on, they spent how much money to have these ads in how many thousands of magazines and such... to be "pwnd" by there own ad? thats Hi-Larry-us if you ask me

the funny thing is that SP will start loosing business in a few years when their current crowd finds something they like better, or when the agglets latch onto another team with a 'better' brand.
then the Gardener brothers will keep sueing until they run out of people or money to sue.
christ, the only thing original they have done in paintball is to sue *everyone*. too bad they don't have a patent on that....
