Hey rabid, why don't you stop messing with other people's threads and go back to explaining why these are equally as late. Glass houses, throwing stones, et cetera.

I can understand the complaints from people who actually put money into this, but not the ones from the people who didn't.

So tell me: why are you being so patient with these guys and so impatient with the other guys? I mean, if taking money up front buys me patience and tolerance and understanding - send me $500 bucks and I'll have it for you in a week.

I'm not patient or impatient with either G-Force or PTP, but I've been following both to some degree. I just find it funny how the mods have told you to get out of this thread a bunch of times already, but every week we get a new emoticon from you. Hope you realize if you were anyone else you'd be banned by now.

All I'm saying is delays happen, and given your involvement with similarly delayed projects I'd think you would understand that.

Makes me wonder if G-Force thinks theres some legal shenanigans afoot .
Maybe they are not shipping anything until they can ship everyones frame
at the same time effectively making a cease and desist order from other patent holders pointless, since they said they were only doing one mag run.
That might explain all the delays too.
If I had the green at the time I would have gotten in on this too.
Just sayin...

Idkn, Garf sounded exhausted on the phone. G-Force is just a small paintball part of his fabrication company. The most likely that he's telling the truth about the status of the frames. The problem is that he's just inundated by the real jobs his company is handling.

garf previously said they were being sent of too anno, and somoen here posted they were assembling and testing frames.

so as i said earlier, this is just another lie they are telling us to either drag this out until we are out of our $ or legal amtters that are preventing us from getting the frames.

Im calling them tommorow this is BULL!

oh and DONT FORGET THOSE THAT PAID, when you paid you got a confirmation that stated the payment agreement as a contract, they BROKE that contract after the 27th in november i believe, we ARE entitle to a refund, better go contact our lawyers and get that class action lawsuit going(if we even can)

this is the time we ALL band together or accept the loss, i for one am not willing to do so.

good luck with that, as much as i want one im willing to accept they are enver coming. IM not gonna wait til this october for one, hell a judge would probly laugh us out of the courtroom if we did that.

Im contacting a lawyer and investigating a class action suit, ive contacted the BBB as well, lets get this **** rolling, im not gonna be taken for a dam fool
