There's a nice big black ghost ring waiting for mine.

That should be interesting. Not quite sure how that would look. Maybe more SKS ish? (I really don't know my firearms, I'm stretching...)

That's a bit more of the Remington/Savage bolt action rifle right there. SKS looks more like an AK-47 dropped on its head a few too many times.

Personally, I'm all about the thumb-hole stocks, they're comfy.

Eh, righto. I've got a picture in my head from YEARS ago of a custom gun. Bleh, Don't know my real firearms at all.

Does look comfy, just curious as to how it'll look. Would think that with how the micro body sits, the barrel might be raised off the stock just a bit.

the two fronts will be interchangable but will either have a radiused mech front with a squared emag bottom, or the otherway around
Ugh, apparently I need to read this thread more often. What is going on with this? Are there now two different body styles, despite what was said in the FAQ thread? I was under the impression there was one body only, and the fronts were going to be different.

The only difference between the two is that the bottom of the front on the emag body is left squared off so it flows with the emag battery top cover, that way there wont be a gap on the body. Otherwise they are the exact same.

                        Link to explain the difference:

                        EMAG BODY:

                        REGULAR BODY:

OK, this is getting confusing. What exactly is different with the bodies? It's been said that the E-Body is cut differently from the M-Body but from EVERY pic that I've seen is no different.

I'm not talking about the fronts, I'm talking about everything back from the breach. Is there anything different?

Tracy said (as I was talking to her) there was a slight difference but what is it? Are all the pictures that PTP posted, just of the E-Body or M-Body? I know I'm not the only one that's about this topic.

Drat, I can't upload the ppictures here at work, but the short version is:

on the bodies orders as MECH ONLY: The very front lip seen here without the front block:

                            is rounded on the underside.

On the bodies ordered as EMAG style: the front lip is square so it flows with the front block extension.

How do I get a hold of Tracy to make changes to my order, anyone know?
I want raw parts instead of annoed.
