I am disappointed to see that a company as known in the community as PTP is practicing such decieving busniess practices by stating "For those that can't wait you can sell your spot, but there are no refunds, I have stated this before. We have way to much time, energy and money into this project. I expected this project to be done months ago and have yelled, screamed, pleaded and whined more than you have to get it done. I will definitely do things differently next time.".

I've had enough of people like you, who believe that they understand contracts. First off, Tracy and the guys at PTP have not breached ANY contract. In case you didnt notice, when you quoted Tracy on the time frame, she said We will do our best to start shipping product 4 to 6 weeks from the close of the pre-order period. Now, you may have a toothpick of a leg if she GUARANTEED a delivery date. But even then you wouldn't have much of a leg to stand on since the terms of this group buy included NO REFUNDS. One other thing to keep in mind, while Im not familiar with PTP's contract with the DOD, I do know that often times a governmental contract will take precedence over any other outstanding contract.

I'd like my MM2k9 as quickly as everyone else who has pre-ordered; however I knew when I signed up that it would take awhile to get this job done. Especially with Tracy jumping through her *** to keep the AO kiddies, with their never ending requests, happy. Has this project taken longer than anticipated? ABSOLUTELY, but PTP has kept us updated as best they could. I would have done things a bit differently myself, but most of the running changes which happened in this thread, after the supposed cutoff date would not have been implemented.

That being said, Tracy has offered to help ANYONE who wants out to sell their marker/spot. If you are tired of waiting, take her up on this offer and GET OUT

I wish I was even half as awesome as you are sir,

I know people have a tendency to go full retard when hidden behind a computer screen, but this is a lady some of you are speaking to like an *** clown. Show some respect and class. Take your issues to PM.

I have been around this paintball thing for a long time and have been burned enough before by shady dealings where I think that even a dumbass like me would have learned his lesson by now. If I had ANY doubts that PTP would be delivering what they are promising, then I would not have ordered.

      Tracy, what's for dinner tonight?

I think I'm going to have to get Tracy a Gift Card to the Liqour Store at Walmart or Sam's Club so she can go on a shopping spree.

Joining from afar, but with you as usual.

Thanks so much for being awsome, and for all the favors over the years, the MM2k9 more than any other.

Hey just call me Captain Morgan. Now stick it to Forest and Zoom and tell them to get in here and post the updates or ask them if you, have to do everything.

You did what you had to do, that Forest thought you couldnt. Dont take the heat for THEM.

I did that to Forest tonight, My guess is he will post tomorrow!! He knows I can (almost) handle everything myself.

On an up note I personally talked to RRF tonight. He would like to see a couple tolerances changed, which he will be getting with Russell about (I think Saturday afternoon) so hopefully I can update everyone by the beginning of next week.

Sounds good I am on the way I need some comfort too since I know I have pissed off some folks cleaning up this thread.

If you folks have it set up and firing I know we'd all love to see photos of the prototype put together. There's nothing like seeing those first photos where the "project" becomes a "paintball gun"...

Anyone have the info on the barrels, again?

Thanks for hanging in there, Tracy!
