nope, he (doc_Zox) wants to git rid of the channel idea. he just wants a "recessed pit" inplace where the detents will sit. that way you dont see a channel through the body. and the reason he wants thit that way is because you have to take the front part off anyway to move it, so why need a whole channel for something that dosent just "spin".

Ive been on to this idea since I came across the patent a while ago Forest put in for. Its a really neat idea and it can be done.

I see what Chris and Doc are talking about with the cut out hole rather than the channel,.. always an idea. At this point though,.. its more of a "do we have to" v.s. "do we need to". Either way,.. all valid points.

I just want it to be compatable with everything out there on the market that we can have. The E-Mag lowers are the first, the ASA being the second.

PTP is doing a good job and this is a great effort on their part to put faith in the AGD community just as much as we have put our faith into them to come through with a body that meets our needs and demands as customers.

I planned the cut-off date around the time a machine will be open. So right around Valentines day we will start machining. I am also going to have Russell (Zoom) take pics of the bodies while they are in process for us to post so you guys can see progress!! We should have the design for the Emicro lowers very soon. hopefully within a couple days so those who are undecided can decide.

For those reading this late!! We are not making that many extra bodies so if you think you will hold out and buy one later....I can't guarantee that one will be there for you. I can only say that we....PTP..... has been around for a long time, we believe in only quality product and we always try and take care of our customers!!! Because you are what makes us!!!! We always stand by our products!!
