AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Russell will be picking up the parts from the polisher and taking them to ano tomorrow morning. So depending on how busy the ano guy is we might be able to pick them up by the end of the week. I will keep you posted.
Sorry for delay in response, but I was waiting for a more definite answer. Parts will be ready late this afternoon. Should be shipping to me tomorrow, so I should have them Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

There are some guys selling the ones they just received. One in raw and couple in dusk black. Other wise you have to wait till all others have shipped to see what's left.
almost forgot to post up my girls...
of course I'm working on custom goodies for 2 out of the 3;
even the one you get to see has some custom grip panels on the way.
just gotta wait till my casting supplies arrive lol!
gotta love my DIY photo scale board. each square is one square inch.
it's 20" x 30"; makes for a hell of a game of shot glass checkers!

RATZO, I NEED MY BOTTLES BACK!!
which is a good thing because the valve fits so tight I'm not sure I can get it back out!
any suggestions?
uh... Tracy is it supposed to be that tight?
I mean I had to use a mallet to get it into the body and even then it was tough going.
do X valves fit differently than Classic Micromag reverse valves?
my left hand has healed such as it is.
but the function of my left hand has been dramatically reduced.
I can't extend my 2 middle fingers.
22 years of recovery after my motorcycle crash undone by a quack surgeon.
too bad I'm too broke to sue.
insurance companies have deep pockets so I doubt I'd live long enough to get a judgement even if I had the money to take legal action.
I asked this before and was disappointed by no response.
Does the trigger rod need to be tweaked to get correct function in the Micromag? Or is the stock length acceptable?
If it needs to be tweaked what length should it be?

Its the crazy Canadian humidity, causes them to swell.
Mallet and Xvalve should never be used in the same sentence.

Trigger rod should sit about a business cards thickness from the back of the trigger.

It seems that there is at least a .005" variance in the OD of the valve bodies over the past 15 years of samples that we have (not sure of the specifics). Forest tried "old" micromag and classic valves that were .005" larger than an e-micro valve serial number 00034 which was probably from 2000 or 2001 as well as a proto-type 68 micromag retro valve and these 2 fit fine, as well as an old automag valve that was on the larger side but fit snugly in the new body.
