7075 is so hard , there will never be any rolling of metal like you get with 6061 .
      Thanks for clearing that up.

Not to sound like a broken record, but what length is the body? am/mm length or RT/Emag length?

        Wow...

Question: RTP sear pins were explained...What about the RTP sear? Is that just a typical sear or it's a special one produced by you guys?

I haven't been keeping up with the whole process with the other thread and I just read the 6 pages from this one.

VVVV thanks for the answer, I remember the post, but having zero sleep makes my reading comprehension abysmal.

This was covered in post #40

RTP pin, but we are going to shorten it a bit because of the narrower body. RTP sear will be good to go.

The body is approximately 190 mm long. Height excluding sight rail is approximately 40 mm. Overall height is approximately 47 mm.

I think to best sum it up for everyone, will this body rail combo fit on the emag lowers and cover the little gap at the front, eliminating the need for the spacer or one like it that was used on previous desings?

Deposite sent for 2, and If a L/R solution still evades us at production I would like to request 1 Righty Block, 1 Lefty.

Thanks and overall slick solution to the new 2009 Micro. Hefty thanks to all involved to turn this into reality.

Could DOC ZOC's idea be a payable upgrade?

I'd rather not have a lot of holes drilled in mine.

We do build a 3/8" to Pic mount http://www.armsonusa.com/b22picrail.html - It is probably too bulky to use for the Micro though. We can build the Pic rail to any length we need on this particular mount. For a more integrated look, small, low profile rails would definitely look best. We can always look at that too. We discussed drilling mounting holes for rails in the earlier thread once the majority voted for for a streamlined versus tactical look. Holes should be no problem once we determine what spacing everyone would need. Just don't be hanging 20 lbs. of stuff off this thing after we've worked to whittle away almost every ounce...
