            Stupid question, sorry if I missed it earlier in the thread...if we are set at an angle and can only use the "up" detent, is there a plug or something for the "down" detent hole? I envision an open, threaded hole in the bottom of the breech in warp mode not being too happy for breaking balls.

              i believe that is the case only one can be used in the 45 position

                Actually the reason there is a cut-out in the middle of the body is to allow for both detents to be used in any position!! I was wrong earlier.

                  I thought I remembered seeing a depression in the middle of the breech space where the rail would be but couldn't find a cad with it shown. Anyhoo, is it a long line or a short line?

                          Breaking Balls in the breech of a Mag ?? haven't had that happen in years

                                I actually have a benchtop V Mill/Lathe in my garage that used to belong to him , I dought I could find his house again though
