May get a Sleeper and VMX soon anyways, so i might get over blowing my chance on getting yours.

Anyone else insane enough to pay almost anything for a Micromag X-Valve?

Call Tracy and ask if she minds... When she says "OK" to you putting the word "Micromag" on a valve, buy a used (like new) one for $200 and spend $20 including shipping for engraving.

I'd love to see a PTP Micro shipping with a PTP X-valve, but we'll be lucky if we ever see another Micro after this one let alone a valve accompanying it. People are strapped; a marked up X-valve, even a branded one, just wouldn't sell. One of the main reasons original Micro valves are worth more is that they preserve originality, not that they're branded to match.

It may sound strange, but thats the one thing i propably won't end up doing.
Making 1 or 2 custom engraved valves for myself would be simple and cheap, but it would be just as much "not a Micromag valve" as an ordinary X-Valve.
Beeing from PTP on the other hand would make it collectable to me...

I don't know why, but organizing a run of Valves on here would make it somehow semi-official and in my mind collectible too, if it would be done with PTPs blessing of course.

Would you have any problem if we'd contact Tuna about making a batch of "Micromag X-Valves"?
