I've had two micromags in the past and never had valve issues either. I've had Classic, RT-Pro, X, E-Max, and the original RT-Micro they came with in both and they always shot fine regardless of what On/Off and pin length they had. -
I've never had an experience with needing to use a non-standard on/off pin in any micromag I have ever used.Originally posted by Ruler_Markmicromags have used non standard valve on/off pins in the past.
Even with the early ones I owned, I swapped a classic or Retro valve right into them and ran with no issues.Comment

Hey Fry.
I had a Gen2 that needed a .730 pin to fire properly. I'm not sure which others needed smaller on/off tho. After the ULT came on board, that was my go to on/off when dealing with most of my mech mags. I still have a gen3 I got a little over a year ago. Never measured the pin in it tho. Never needed too, worked like a champ when I got it

There are some floating around that do run stock pins and some that don't. Just something that needs to be said.Comment

Just to jump in for a second (and forgive me if I haven't read and digested all of the sear and/or on/off pin comments. Sear axle pin is a shortened version of the RT style that we will provide. The body is a little narrower than a Mag rail, but the concept is that you can simply mod a standard sear axle pin if you have to. As far as on/off pins go, don't we simply start with a bucket of extras - grind one until things go full auto and then back the next one off by a few thou... geez...Originally posted by Ruler_MarkThere are some floating around that do run stock pins and some that don't. not the sear axle, the on/off on the valve. Why back it off full auto?Originally posted by Forest_ptpJust to jump in for a second (and forgive me if I haven't read and digested all of the sear and/or on/off pin comments.
