We found detents!!!!! We have samples being shipped to us today. Should have them by Monday. As long as they work I will be able to supply everyone with their detents like planned.

Tracy if the detents work out let us know a price to get a couple extra shipped with our bodies.
Also did the sear pin question get answered...is it just a shortened
RT Pro pin ?

Yes

They are shortened RT sear pins. We did make our own as opposed to shortening the originals because it would be faster and easier.

We really need to wait until Monday when I get the samples in to make sure they work and all is good.

If detents are good, then no matter how I answer that I will get slammed, so I say maybe you guys do what you think is the right thing to do.

No, it can't. It can only use the micromag threaded sear pin, which I need to have some made because I have people that need them.

Sorry you guys are running into issues. If I understand things correctly as things stand now its either a choice of detents or pin? If so Ill take a pin. If I am mistaken about all of this just let me know. G'Luck

I think we located the detents. I will know on Monday when the samples arrive.

For those that have raw bodies on order. I have them wrapped and sitting in a box. I am going to wait until Monday when my detents get here to ship so I can include detents and sear pins to those that need them.

Thanks Tracy! No, I didn't realize. So I take it the sears we have/will get will work. I've read a bunch of the leading up threads and may have missed something....plus I was raised in a lead-painted house....and boxed in the Navy...sooo, I'm not all there all the times...

LOL :rofl: The sear pins needed for the 2k9 are the shortened RT pins. We have made a bunch for any who need it.
