So...how long did it take you to find that??? In any case, I have always indicated that it would be extra. Not sure what Forest was thinking. Regardless how much more do you want to hammer on me??? We have gone out of our way time and time again!!! I let you know my delima and you guys just want to whine and cry. I will NOT pay $20 and $25 for detents!! If you ask some of the other guys, I have already had people pay me for sear pins!!

EDIT: The post actually reads that we will PROVIDE the pins, it does NOT say at no charge!

So to clarify things up a bit. What the hell am I going to need to get this $220 gun body working?

        1. I'm going to need a feedneck (it's still angel threaded right?)
        2. I'm going to need a pair of Cocker Detents
        3. I'm going to need a shortened sear axle
        4. In my case I'm going to need a battery pack bottom

Am I forgetting anything? Do I have any compatibility issues I diddn't think of? PTP battery bottom is likely square isn't it?

        Shoulda bought a karta

I have repeatedly said that there was a cost for the pins. And anyone with a 1/2 a brain noticed that and has either paid or ordered one. If you missed it that is not my problem.

Drix...you and I have issues already...I would prefer not to duke this out in public!! Do not attack me!! I have and always will work for the side of my customer, but I cannot foresee what happens in the machine shop or things beyond my control. And I try to always make things right. Doesn't mean I always can!

              Just trying to help here:

It is supposed to include the detent system and feedneck.

Try finding one for $220 that will do a left or right warp feed. Guys it's a bummer, but stuff happens. Most of us go right out and replace the feednecks, detents and what ever the heck else immediately after buying a marker. We will all soon be the proud owners of 1 of 200 mag bodies. I say we do a little dance instead of crying about a $20 part. But my beer is always half full.

Yes you are right. Feednecks are already built!! they will come with the body. supposed to include detents until I ran into the little snafu with my source going out of busisness, that is why I am offering the pin if people want to pick up their own detents. Just trying to do my best here!!

I'm sorry Tracy, it's my bad- I'm raging and it's got more to do with getting a concussion at work today than anything else.

I'll pm you about the sear pin, I'll get detents on my own. I thought we lost the feedneck, either way I suppose it doesn't matter likely it'll get switched out anyway. As for the battery pack bottom- I've got standard emag battery bottoms, will those work or do I need a PTP? Never seen a ptp pack in person.

Yes it will work. And I accept the apology. It gets very tough when dealing with a large crew of people and I am trying!! Doesn't always work, but I do try!

Seriously? Really? Eighteen months behind schedule, broken promises, missed deadlines, excuse after excuse, and you take it out on the customers? You are the party with the obligation, not them. You should and will go out of your way to provide what was promised (and prepaid, mind you) - nobody gives half a crap about whatever your dilemma is.

I don't know why PTP is getting special treatment on all this, any other seller or dealer would have been publicly tarred and feathered. But whatever you did to deserve this, I'd count your lucky stars and make everybody happy at the end of this debacle. You're going to need that goodwill if you're ever looking to do another paintball project of this size, because you know damn well that people are going to point back to this clusterpoop every time you pop up.

My god, whining and crying. YOU took people's money, it is up to YOU to deliver. Underpromise and overdeliver, right? Your outfit would appear to have gotten it backwards.
                          SwallowBleach: It's good for you.

So I can make an informed decision: will a standartld rt sear pin work on these bodies?

When I looked at the bodies last week I saw the sear pins as well. It did not look like a normal sear pin would fit properly, but did not have one on hand to check.

I am also waiting on a reply on my detent question.

The sear pin is a shortened pin. I am working on a new source for detents at the moment. Did I miss your question??? I'm sorry it's just getting late.
