    He did them a favor. They would have surely lost money on the deal.

    Anyway I have a hard time thinking there would be enough people willing to pay for the special x-valve. Heck the whiners have all but broken the will of PTP to deal with custom paintball projects from what I see.

    Plus the interest in this project has obviously waned. I have a spot up for sale now as it is about to be finished and have gotten zero response.

        it never is, i need a new valve so ide consider a special laserd valve or something.

        im fine with just a black valve still myself, with Micromag laser engraved on it.

          I will talk to him to see what it would take. I know he can get the valves if they are availble. I imagine there would be a set up cost from the place where they get lasered. The only restriction I see is that it wouldn't be a bunch of different anno color options.

            I would have no problem with plain simple black X-Valves.
            But i see 2 possible problems with this.

            1st: PTP should be fine with it, after all Micromag is their brandname.
            2nd: We should come up with a design anyone is fine with.

            My suggestion, plain and simple:

            Micromag
            X-Valve

            That way it isn't restricted to 2k9 body owners and anyone who wants to upgrade their previous Gen Micromag isn't excluded. The more the better i figure...

            If you can get a price from Tuna let me know. I'll take 2+ for sure, unless PTP gives us one of their own of course.
            If not and we won't get any trouble over copyright infringement we could set up a run of valves with Tuna ourselves.

                      Already got one on my E-Micro.

                      I'll need something new and honestly it simply doesn't feel right that there's no full aluminium MicroMag valve.

                      Classic Valve -> Micromag Valve
                      Retro Valve -> Retro Valve 68Micromag
                      E-Mag Valve -> MicroMag 2000 Emag
                      X-Valve ->

                        Terrible idea. Why add to an already extremely time consuming project? Especially one that's a year late and not even started production?

                        Give them to us? Seriously? X-valves are $250 new... The MM2k9 body kit only cost $230. Besides that, this would involve getting raw or at least un-lazered X-Valves from Dave, and frankly I doubt AGD has any in stock. As far as I know only Tunaman has them. Even if PTP were to run a project like this, how many people would be willing to pay $300 (minimum) for a $250 X-Valve with a little lazering that isn't original to any marker could be done privately for less?

                          "Give" in the sese of "make it availabe to us". Sorry if my english isn't perfect, i'm no natural speaker after all.

                          It should in no way delay the 2k9's no objection there.
                          Like i said, as upgrade option for any Micromag would be the best option.

                          And on the price. I would pay $300 without hesitation for a X-Valve with a little lazering on it. As long as it reads Micromag and is done by PTP or with PTPs official approval.

                          But i'm not normal either.
                          At least one of any Micromag Generation ever made in my collection.
                          That is as soon as the Gen 1.5 arraives from Petti of cause...

                            Pettis was mine originally... The green/black/silver Gen1.5, right?

                            I'm surprised he's sold it. That was one of Docs jobs.

                              I know, i was a little to late and you told me you sold it to him.
                              Contacted him back than for the first time and wouldn't have expected him to sell it that soon either.
                              But i won't complain, was the only Gen i was missing.

                                Just sold a VMX, a Sleeper, two PTP STOs, an F/X cocker, a 98 F/X Arenaball a standard 98 F/X in the last few months. You musta missed my sales. I've been getting rid of my non-Mag PTP guns because money is tight. I've still got all of my Armsons; I'll be sure to PM you before they go on sale, but I'm hesitant...
