As far as this whole thing goes it was all me who started the BIG STINK.

IMHO i was mad that my thread got closed due to me not reading the rules. I let it go till i noticed that one of the rules was you needed a web site and an enail linked to said site. Most honest people would think ok something like going to www.airgundesignsusa.com. Some info on what you are selling, prices and a way to get in contact with you. Was that the case, hmm NO. Not only did Rogue help make the rules but he was the first in line to run out the red tape line and go around his own rule.... This in my opinion is SHADY!!!!

Then i was also told i couldnt sell mulitiple in the B/S/T sectin, Oh wait thats right it was you cant let some one know how many you have, but you could list you have a few... Which is it i ask you?

Anyways this is what started the whole thing, I did it by running my big mouth. i would prolly do it again if i felt wronged in any other forum. But on the other hand it has gotten a little blown up. Out of respace for BigE and Tuna i ask you all to just DROP IT now as i have.... (still mad but trying not to say anything)

And heres the problem I see. Rogue has listed a website for his "Dealer" requirements, but it goes to nowhere, and he breaks the "Rules" while closing others threads that are doing the same thing. Now if he came out and said something like, "Its my website, and I will post as I like" I could understand that, may not like it, but its straight and to the point. Moderators have to be above the rules and follow them even tighter than they expect anyone else to do.

QFT. That's my main issue with what's going on at PBL. Deception sucks; pretending that the rules actually mean something and then running the other way with them is just BS. If they were going to do that, they should post something like what BigEvil does for BEO, and say that the rules can change at any time and that the mods have no need to obey them. I have no problem with that so long as the site is up front about it, but pretending the rules mean something when they don't just pisses me off.

Furthermore, Rogue had a long debate with me a while back in which he emphasized the "intent" of the rules over the letter. Clearly the intent of the rules doesn't matter unless he intends to exclude legit dealers, so I assumed he must now support the letter of the rule. Obeying the letter of the rule, I tried to become a dealer on PBL. Now I just got slapped twice for disruptive behavior (though they won't tell me specifically for what) and lost all my privileges, including sig and avatar (hmm, I wonder if the sig was the main target and the rest was just collateral damage ). If PBL no longer seems to care about the intent or the letter of the rules, why do they even have rules?

I don't hate Rogue over any of this, and I don't think he's unethical. I just disagree with him over several points, and I'm going to debate those points. I call 'em like I see 'em, what can I say. That being said, I would still trust Rogue to deliver a good product if I ordered in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a spiffy Triton frame from him, for example.
