You don't need an Ego or a Viking to play PB, why would you want one?
You also don't need a gun to be chronoed 300fps or under to play paintball, so why do you do it?

      WOW!!!!

That's just lame man... is that your best attempt at a logical retort???

If so DO NOT JOIN THE DEBATE TEAM!!!!

You chrono at under the 300 because it's the rule... And it's the rule that every person has the right to bear arms.. Thanx for pointing that out... that it's simply following the rules.

See I don't doubt you making a point, but I don't think it was exactly what you were shooting for. (pun intended)

I'd be very interested to find out if the ATF's "comprehensive" list of state laws, really is or not.

It wouldn't be the first time that the feds have publish incomplete or incorrect information.

OK, the Full Auto(and silencers) in Utah are considered to be destructive devices and require a class three licence to own. However the price has recently come way down and it is now only $200 a year to have said licence.

Can you cite a statue for that? 'Cause I went back and looked in my big book and it's not there.

I'm not saying you're wrong for sure, but I'd like to see some kind of reference to back it up.

Does your state have a searchable version of their CSR online?

Heh, you talk about debate then make a response so full of logical holes.

So any "rule" is okay with you? Or just the rules you like? No guns in Washington DC is a rule too, but what, you don't like it? No guns on campus is a rule. Simply follow it? No guns in New Orleans after Katrina? Fine and dandy? I mean it's a rule, there's no reason to fight it since it's a rule and people should simply follow the rules ... right?

If the government suspended the bill of rights and decided to disarm us, that's fine because it's a rule ... yes?

I've been looking for a thread to bring up this question. Now then, one of my favorite guns is the HK416, but anywho i've been wondering, when the AR15 variants jam so easily in dusty conditions (and just jam more period) why has our military not switched to the HK416 which jams a lot less and would just require replacing the upper receiver? I mean it wouldn't cost too much, it would save lives, and it shouldn't take any more training to use the gun, but instead only our special forces are allowed to use this gun that runs cool.

Tell me something DRG... Do you wish to shoot at a higher velocity than 300FPS??? Will that make you happy??? If so next time we get in the same timezone I'll make sure and come over and I'll let you decide at what velocity you'd like me to shoot you at and we can have a go.

                    "So full of logical holes"

No guns in DC is a rule... yip it is... Is it followed???

No guns on campus is a rule... (Some places) And we ALL KNOW that the rule is followed so I won't bother asking.

What you are missing is this... The GOVERNMENT CAN'T DO THAT. Bill Of Rights!!!! Can't be moved. That's why it's written the way it is.

So what you are saying is.... The gov pulls the BOR... Now we are all slaves... Is this what you think??? Guess what... There have been revolutions more than one time in the history of mankind.

Are you really so toad-headed that you really believe that the United States of America should outlaw any and all firearms??? Is that really what you think should happen? Do you really place that much faith in the gov and the police force and in mankind to do the right thing and EVERYONE turn in all their weapons???

Is that what you are shooting for??? Really come on.... Most folks in this discussion are not afraid to voice their opinions. Are you??? Come on let it out.... Tell us all how you think that if the law was passed to disarm all of America and every last law-abiding citizen went and turned in every firearm. Please tell me how you think that just made the US a better place to be. Please... I wanna hear YOUR plan.

Tell me how'd you have it be done.

                    I'm all ears (well eyes...)

                    DM

BTW, Just because a rule exists DOES not make it LOGICAL. Take for instance the rule that says you can't walk down the sidewalk with an ice cream cone in your pocket. That's a rule. Good thing noone breaks it eh??? Maybe we can start a revolt for that one.

Just throwing this out there, the second amendment is just in case our government becomes too corrupt, such as suspending the bill of rights. Like John Locke said, every true patriot will protect his country from his government.

I quite agree with you CH....

I'm curious as I love to learn though. I find it quite funny that soooo many folks think that we'd be better off THEIR way so they come in and want to tell us how wrong it is. Too many times they get shots across the bow and it gets hostile but once in awhile I really like to know things.

So lets see what Mr. DRG has in his head to fix the world. Lets hear him out and see what grain of information and life changing data he has for us.

I'm really REALLY wanting to know how someone thinks they can solve the worlds/US's problems.

Another hilarious thing is... the people who spew about how wrong everything is have no solution and don't/can't understand the only reason they are able to spew their idiotic thoughts is because we have FREEDOM.

If any one of them was to spend some time in the sand box or any other type country maybe they'd learn to appreciate what they have, protect what they are given and not abuse the rights that have been paid for with countless gallons of spilled blood.

I challenge any of the nay-sayers to go to China and openly protest the government. Toooo Far??? Fine go down to Cuba for a few years and rant and rave about how unfair it is.

Then maybe they'll be able to wrap their noodle around just what exactly FREEDOM can mean.

Does the constitution say anything about the use of drugs? To me, freedom means doing what I want responsibly, meaning, without causing harm to anyone. And what about the fifth amendment. I don't see anyone getting hot bothered with our government tapping phones and tracking financial and Internet activity. It seems there are other intentions than just protecting our rights the constitution grants us.

Actually regarding that i know a lot of people that are pissed about it, me included. My friend's dad was all for it until he realized that patriot was an acronym that was used to get people to pass it, because lets face it, who's gonna turn down the "patriot" act. There are a lot of things that i find wrong with this government, and to be honest i'm not a big supporter of it, but it is probably the country with the most freedoms, and i do love this country.
