Well, do the three things have to be a realistic changes or can it be anything? do you have to give ways to create the change or anything? Can it be something you would change about people?

Make every person legitimately consider the opposing side of every discussion or argument they have in their life. By "legitimately consider" I mean listening to all sides and choosing the best option with no specific attachment to their own side. This also means every person would have to be honest when discussing or arguing because without being honest the best choice cannot be made.
