OK, US Constitution that I swore to uphold and defend. Killing bin Laden was a US military action, conducted during a US military operation, using US military men and equipment. So far, nothing unConstitutional.

I've been at this Army stuff for well over 20 years now, I'm pretty sure I have the basic idea down pat:

The USA is attacked by enemies foreign (some may argue domestic also, but that's another thread).

The President orders his military to take action....legal by the Constitution.

The military finds a known enemy combatant...legal by the Constitution.

The military gets permission from the Commander in Chief to eliminate this enemy combatant...legal by the Constitution.

The military kills enemy combatant, who has no legal protection from the Hague and Geneva conventions or protocols (and is in fact explicitly excluded), nor any from the US Constitution.

That's it. It's that simple. You can give all the scenarios or what-ifs all day long, but the fact remains that bin Laden is dead....legally under the US Constitution.

BTW, the Constitution does not convey what the Government can do. It tells the Government what it cannot do, and leaves all else to the states and the people.


You are confusing Constitutional civil law, with Constitutional military action. The "defend" part of my oath, is the part where I get to kill all those enemy combatants that have sworn death to America, and then get in front of my rifle.

Please tell us the "fact" about a missile crashing into the Pentagon, that did not explode like a missile, nor create blast damage like a missile, and managed to leave jet engines, aircraft fuselage pieces (with American Airlines paint and partial logo's), wheel assemblies, and thousands of gallons of burning fuel behind.

Please, show us the "logic" of employing hundreds, if not thousands of people it would have taken to emplace the hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds explosives and miles of detcord and electrical wiring into 3 huge buildings in downtown New York, while 60,ooo people came and went from work every day, and not ONE person of these hundreds if not thousands of people has let out a peep about it....because people can keep secrets so well.

Did I mention the tens of thousands of eye-witnesses in town that day?

There were no airplane parts at all at the pentagon or the field in Pennsylvania mister.

None.

The coroner was at the field for 10 minutes and left because there were no bodies.

Going Home, were you there when the "rocket(s)" hit the pentagon and what actually crash in that farmers field? A weather ballon? A bunker bomb? An alien aircraft?

Let me tell you something, I'm willing to bet you read some BS online that the creator is laughing at you all for believing. I personally know 2 people that saw the aircraft on a low approach going towards the ground and another that was at the pentagon when it hit. Numerous people saw the aircraft hit the pentagon.
