Again, if you cared to read any of those links, it has nothing to do with in which court it is from. Which is why trump was hit with a monetary charge and not criminal one. Besides, OJ was cleared of the criminal charges but found guilty of the liability, hence why OJ had to pay the families some money. So while trump doesn't have to go to prison for the crime he committed, he was found liable for the act of raping E.Jean Carrol.

Not crying at all actually LMFAO. Thank you for that, laughter is good for the soul...I am SO soulful thanks to you!

Do you even READ what you post?? Now be quiet and sit down. Shouldn't you be over on PBN
No, where am I lying? Provided links, and did you read them? I know it is heracy to read what the judge said so, are you saying that a judge, lawyers don't know what they are talking about and that, they are wrong, and by my repetition of what they said, I am wrong?

No, that is called gaslighting. Trying to convince someone that even though they are correct, they are still wrong without proving how or where they are wrong.

And before you try and cite again, what you wrote. There is a difference in a legal definition and the court definition. Meaning that by criminal law, a rape is what trump did, but wasn't held criminwlly responsible. it was past the statute of limitations. So you could commit a crime, wait till the statute passes and still have committed a crime, but are unable to prosecute said crime. And just because you cannot be criminally prosecuted for that crime, doesn't mean that you didn't do the crime.

Prime example. You have your driver's license, but it is expired. You get pulled over, routine stop. The officer can either give you a ticket for expired license, or he can give you a unlicensed driver ticket. They both mean the same thing, and even though, you physically have your license, but the state, because it is expired, you are unlicensed. Funny how lawyers want and need exact definitions.

So we can all put down our internet law degrees, and just listen to what the jusldge says. Again, you don't have to like it, you just have to accept it.

As Beemer mentioned, did you even read the articles you posted? How about you prove yourself right. You don't because you can't.
        E. Jean Carrol did not, could not prove they necessary requirements for RAPE.

You just hate him so much that you want to believe the worst.

See, it's not me that has to prove it, it is you to prove that I am wrong. Just saying so, doesn't cut it. You have to do more than that to even clear the gaslighting bar.

And yes, I do read those articles, as they will confirm that trump was found guilty of sexual misconduct in a civil trial and was ordered to pay recompense for those actions. The judge also stated that the sexual misconduct that trump committed is akin to rape. Meaning that, while the statute that trump was charged under, can be considered the same as rape, even though he was not charged with rape, or convicted of that.

I swear, for a bunch of free thinkers, you are doing an awfully diligent job in trying to keep his filth ridden name clean. I mean, who cares that he committed rape? He got reelected even though he is a rapist. That should say something, like the majority of people who voted for him didn't care about it.

I don't hate him personally. I just hate how much he fails upward. I hate that he seems to be the only person who is not held accountable for his actions. I hate that he lies in nearly every other word that comes out his mouth, yet gullible people act like he is the messiah. And I hate that you twist yourselves up in being hypocrite for what you say you believe in, while doing the exact opposite. That is what I hate. The man is a moron, con artist who should be in jail, but you idiots wanted him to be the leader of the free world(well free right now, give trump time to turn the white house into the Kremlin West).

Have you ever noticed that Nobody seems to believe that his word is as indisputable as a law of nature?
And that any opinion contrary to his is either fake news, misinformation, idiotic, or called a lie?
Posts opinion as fact with no proof?

Who else does that? Who has Nobody accused most of that sort of behavior? (besides everyone here)
They say mimicry is the sincerest form of flattery.
To mimic the same behavior you apparently abhor of a man that you claim will destroy the Country somehow just seems...Self-defeating.
You know who I'm talking about. I don't need to post a name, I wouldn't want you to break out in hives.

Let the man actually say something before interrupting with applause. You'd think John Lennon rose from the grave and declared the second coming.
I swear the actual address would have half as long had Trump not repeatedly been kept waiting for the applause to end.
But it's Trump. You know He loves it.

Welp, the Republicans today voted in favor the Gov't Funding Bill. If Democrats can do the same in the next three days, then the lights stay on in D.C.
Trump is said to be imposing more Tariffs on Canada. Oh, wait. No, He's not. Tariffs against Mexico, China, even Russia? Yes? No? Maybe?
No faction, not the Democrats nor most of the World's Leaders have a clue what this man will do next.

Honestly, I consider that one heck of a strategy. Keep everyone, domestic & abroad, off balance. Wondering "What if I do this or that?" and trying to reason the response. It's a bit early to tell, but it seems to be working.
Many of Trump's decisions will be contested, litigated. Possibly overturned in court. That's to be expected. Trump spent his entire first term fighting allegations since proven false.
Well, we elected him again. Now He's back, bigger than ever. Some folks are scared over that to the point they predict Trump will somehow be responsible for a dystopian apocalypse while chanting "The end is near!".
Perhaps the end of the Ukraine/Russia war.

^^^^You forgot about the Auto pen.

The investigators noted the time when House Speaker Mike Johnson, Louisiana Republican, retold a story about Mr. Biden not remembering that he signed an executive order pausing exports of liquefied natural gas.
Many executive orders signed by former President Biden were approved with an autopen device, prompting questions from detractors about whether Mr. Biden was fully mindful of the documents he was signing when he was president.

The numbers are in for February, Trump's first full month in office.

Illegal Border Crossings are down 93%
Gas prices hit a four-year low.
                              Egg prices are plummeting.
Job growth is up in the private sector.
                              Inflation down to 1.8%.

                              Mainstream media coverage? Nope.
Independant content creators often disclose a higher level of corruption along with a caveat.

                              Canada has a new P.M.
Greenland has a new ruling party.
Big corps. are ditching woke DEI.
Manufacturing is returning to the US rather than pay tariffs.
Trump even restored aid to Ukraine once Zelenski agreed to a temporary cease fire.

The Democrats response? Complaining, whining, moaning or wringing their hands while dropping F-bombs on camera and playing the victim.
Shutting down House proceedings with singing when Al Greene was censured for disrespect. (echoes of J6?)
Seemingly incapable of anything that doesn't involve Trump.
So very professional, so very political, all reading the same script ~ Often word for word...Always negative. Never anything positive.

Keep in mind, Trump is in for a four-year chess game. All we've seen is the opening gambit. Getting pieces into place.
It's the end game that remains to be seen.
