      ok

1st time he was young, very sick and he was in an oxegen tent and the power went out from a hurricane and his heart stopped until the genaraters came on

2nd time his fever got so high his heart stopped for like 40 seconds

3rd time he O.D.'d "i think on heroin" and he was basically dead for like 4 minutes, that is a long time for being dead and live

      thats how lol

down, no not as good as pantera they are not as heavy, more of a southern rock type thing, but the lyrics are really deep quote"just one rush canchange you life forever" "just on push can end it altogether"

on the other hand superjoint ritual is really heavy it almost crosses into somthing like a thrash metal it is pretty fast

hey download ghoast along the missisipi, dog tired, or somthing like that by down

i listen to down wen i dont feel like listening to heavy stuff y know we all need our softer music

Here's some new guys that you'll love:

              BEYOND THE EMBRACE

Album name is "Agains the Elements" They came out just this year, and I can't say that I've heard anything like/better than them. EVER.

I enjoyed the melodic metal of In Flames (Colony, Whoreacle both rock) and old-metallica Hetfield's voice, and they've got both.

The singer uses the "death" throat growl thing maye 60% of the time, but the rest, he sings clean. It's really interesting.

*edit* oh, forgot to mention... THREE GUITARS!

but yeah this music kicks arse

Yeah, actually Beyond the Embrace sounds almost European (to me) but they're actually from Massachussets(sp?).

                          I'm more into hardcore, like:
                          Evergreen Terrace
                          Unearthed
                          18 Visions
                          Hatebreed
                          Atreyu
etc... too late to think of any more.

18 Visions is by far the funniest band ever, those guys are soo cool. I have met them several times while with On Broken Wings, those guys are a riot, they rock hard too.

GWAR is by far the craziest band ever. Ever seen empire records? Haha, i am going to see them in providence in a week as well as the Misfits, rock. Saddam a Go-Go is a good song by GWAR to download.
