    I actually prefer my steaks medium (medium rare is just a little undercooked for my tastes). Just a little bit of pink inside, and it's so good!

    Oh, the 2 best (in my book) side dishes for steak are mashed potatoes and whole kernel corn.

        steak and eggs good! well this morning i had steak and eggs this fine morning. the steak wasn't cooked in a pan will like i am some kind of wuss thats eats steak that way, i started up the grill and cooked it. with a little tabasco and some ketchup made me a fine meal to get my day started

                Sadly by the time I get home dinner has already been ruined usually :) Not "ruined", but prepared too long before I get home. Bastards....

                Anyhow, I love a bit of any generic BBQ sauce, some nice fresh garlic, salt and fresh peppah, and make sure you get some of that garlic on the other side when you flip it. Rare if its nice meat, med. rare works no matter what though.

                A1's one and only use in the world is when you go to your buddy's house and dont wanna be rude by not eating the tough as nails 1.99/lb. "steak" they gractiously serve you :)
