Sitting behind the wheel of a big V8 camaro and revving that engine creates an absolutely beautiful sound....hell, even hearing a 5.0 on the street is incredible, when I see a GT pull up by me I put down my windows to hear that exhaust! lol. So in other words I'd rather have a grumbly V8 than a whiny flat 4 or inline 4, especially when those annoying ricer kids put those fart pipes (read that as exhaust tips) on their civics and they just sound ridiculous.
