So basically, I sent a free angel to someone. Paypal just all of a sudden took back the $675 out of my banking account. Thats not even right, they look at one side of the story (his, saying the blah blah unauthrized account" and they took that money back out of my account. This is such BS, ima have to take this to court now. Because I talked to the person on AIM, saying he got the gun etc.

Always ship with delivery confirmation and keep it for 30 days. They cannot take your money if you prove you shipped it and he recieved it. Thats the rules. It is your responsibility to always keep the records and be prepared for this issue. I keep mine for ever. And I always do delivery confirm and insure what I think I cannot afford to cover.

AGD, where we are so good we can do it with only ONE tube!

                    Not the only unfortunate

Hey.. This also happened to a friend of mine and fortunate for him it was only like 7 dollars for some pez thing. There is an anti-paypal site. I really don't trust it that much, I mean pretty much they are in control and can say that a glitch just gave them your $430! How fortunate for them! BTW My friend didn't get his $7 back from Pay-Pal.

                        ACK!

Depending on the shipping company you used you may still be able to get your tracking number. A while back (read about 2 years ago) I sent in my Raven goggles in for the free upgrade. About three months later I had not recieved my goggles yet. I spoke with a representative at raven who said they would need my UPS/fed-ex/USPS tracking number to help me. Long gone was my info on the shippment so I called UPS and explained my problem. They gathered all of my info, name, address, etc..., and as much info about when and where I had sent the package as I could remember. Lo and behold no more than 24 hours later I recieved a call back from UPS with all of the info on the shippment.

Worked for me, maybe you should give this a try.

Good! Now you just file it and you will get your money back.

I just filed it, but then it said, since the address was "unconfirmed" , they wont refund it. ARGH, looks like ima have to see whats going on with this, maybe take it to court

And since it was a "stolen" credit car, they are still not refundind it.

Well that was the dumbest thing you could have ever done. Kiss your money goodbye due to your own stupidity.
NEVER SHIP TO AN UNCONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS with Paypal!!!!!. You are NOT covered if you do. Dont blame paypal if you cant follow the very rules designed to protect YOU the Seller....Now you have to file mail fraud charges to get your money.
