Wow, when i clicked your profile I was expecting you to be 12 or 13, not a year older than me.Originally posted by Xen
its been ruined since your stupidity took over
We live in a country where this poor victim *sob*, cannot hop on a plane with his "baseball team", then go around town threatening to beat them all with their bats until someone told him where his gun is. Violence is no longer a legal way to solve problems, so you have to do it their way. What's he gonna do, send letters to the address that the package was sent to, when it was probably just picked up off the doorstep by someone else?
Xen, why don't you solve this problem without using or threatening legal action. Get back to us when you've got some good news, smart guy.Comment

i dont think youll be suing anyone. i had the same thing happen to me. received 176 bucks in "fraudulent funds" and the froze my account and drained all of it. had about $300+
ever since then my account has been frozen. that was a year and a half ago. i started a thread here a while back.
paypal is crooked. i dont care how much people use it and promote it. they screw alot of people.
best i can say to those who do have it is dump the money into an account as soon as you get it. dont keep a bunch in there or the above can happen.
there is a reason that its next to impossible to reach them by phone no. its a group of several offshore financial institutions with money going back and forth.
millions per day.
good luck, some good reading here.......
ps. i believe that ebay actually owns paypal now. talk about a corporate monster.Comment

this is the stuff that pisses me off. i dont like pay pal, my teammate uses it and hes buy happy with it, constantly on ebay buying stuff, and i tell him stuff like this will happen to him and its going to be a matter of time till it does. have you tried calling usps and explaining what happened? i would call them and see what exactly you can do and what information they can give you.giblit
