Why are fat people so good at paintball?

hahhha.. thats great.

anyways tho.. being as overweight as i am.. i went on a new diet.

no caffiene, no red meat, and I started taking trim-spa.

yes, the trim spa works, i lost about 22 pounds since feb. and now, those of you who are active (such as playing paintball) and worried about the ephedra alkalides, there is an ephedra free version of trim spa out..

anyways, back to track i think..

yea, im tryin to get a little more healthy and stuff.
