Oh yes it is. Ever been to court? As a cop? Kids, a film container in the open, thats plenty of reasonable cause. Besides, it is in the open. And, at a campsite, the only privacy you are entitled to is in your tent. Not your site. A campground is private property; if cops are there, the owners know about it. Be thankful it wasnt a federally owned campground (state forest); they would be up on federal charges.

Im not saying your stupid but Marijuana is not brought in to this country from colubia very often, they are more concerned with Cocain and Heroin. Most peopel dont move on to other drugs because of pot peopel are going to try things no matter what some peopel just have problems and use drugs/alcohol as a way to forget there problems. Those people are going to do whatever it takes to get wasted and it desnt matter what it is. A lot of peopel in drug rehab may say that pot is the first drug they tried but i would bet that most of them tried Beer before that.

I say legalize everything let the peopel that want to use stronger drugs OD on them and then we wont have to worry about them anymore.

yes,but then we would have to worry about them even more. then they would be under the influence of drugs. that would make them dangerous, not just stupid. dangerous and stupid are not a good mix. did you know that a 11 kid took 5 shots at his father over an arguement about chores? its probably a safe bet he was smoking or sniffing somthing. luckily the kid was a horrible shot and 4 shots missed, 1 hit the dad in the chest but it was filled improperly and bounced off.

I think it's just the principal in the whole matter, not pinpointing who it's going to. You spending money on something illegal means most likely it's going to someone who is not going to use the money for the right reasons.
