Man, that's crazy. Not sure what's more wierd, the little kid trying to shoot his dad over chores or one of the shots actually bouncing off his chest. Don't think I've ever heard of a bullet bouncing off skin before.

Ya an 11 ear old kid does somthing stupd and you assume that it was because of drugs but not because of the Rated R movies hes been watching since he was 3 or the Video cames he plays all day or the bad parenting but ya it has to be drugs because drugs are behind every problem in the word....

Drugs are obviously behind your crappy grammar, punctuation, and spelling. I have never tried a drug, never will. I have to much going for me and my team, and im NOT going to let them, or my family down by wasting my time and money on crap like pot.

18 years old, stoned, and thought I could still "play" with crap that goes boom. Hey, weed is harmless, right?

2 weeks in the hospital, left thumb blown to bits and torn into the palm, middle finger blown to bits all the way to the web, 4th finger blown in two and hanging by a tendon. Totally blind for 3 months AFTER the bandages and jelly was removed from my face and eyes. 7 operations to get my hand to work again. 12 operations to repair my eyes and occular muscles. I see with a donor lens in my left. All operations required a total of 13 pints of blood during repairs to arteries in my hands and face. I received 4 of those in the emergency room and the first night, since they couldn't stop the bleeding from my thumb and palm.

I still have a very much exposed nerve ending, covered only by a thin sheath of skin that gets torn off on a continual basis, taking me to my knees in pain. No, they don't think it's worth the time or effort to cut open my finger to lay it deeper, I have to live with it. The nerve bundle used to be the ones on my middle fingr "pad"...but I don't have that anymore, it was replaced by a graft. I have zero feeling at the tip. I also have a "claw" instead of a fingernail, since there is no bone structure to keep the nail straight and normal.


This is all because I used to think that getting high was "fun", "cool", or I would be shunned by my "friends" if I didn't. Speaking of "friends", the guy that was near me (who had the weed that day), was blown across the shop, breaking his arm and collar bone. A framing hammer, lifted from the bench by the blast, glanced off his head....and stuck in the far wall handle first.

My ONLY saving grace in this whole affair, was that my Dad knew the responding federal detectives from Boy Scouts. He was able to have them agree that I suffered plenty of punishment already, and they deferred any charges, the city police went along with their decision. I committed multiple felonies, including B&E of federal property, burglary of federal property, theft of federal property (rail-road), making bombs, detonating said bomb inside the city limit, and possesion of bomb making materials........all while stoned.

Yeah, blow it out your ear if you EVER say drugs are harmless.

I would never try to blow anything up or any crazy stuff like that when I am stoned. I'm usually too busy giggling, eating marshmallows, and playing bop-it. Man, that game is fun.

I disagree. I believe drugs CAN be harmless, and in many cases they are.

I also believe that people who are smart enough can handle drugs. I am always in control when I am stoned, and I am smart. Now a lot of people say pot isn't worth the money, etc. I can honestly say I have spent 0$ on pot... Buy an ounce, sell half an O, make the money back. Worked for me for 4 or 5 years now.

I KNOW some of my friends can not handle pot, and shouldn't smoke it. For me, however, I think I am perfectly fine with it. My grades have increased since I've started, I have been less stressed out, I've been just a better person who is happier more and laughs more. More and better stories to tell with mary jane.

Like I said, it isn't for everyone. But for people like me who are smart enough to use it and use it properly, I don't see why anyone should have a problem with that.

For those of you who have never touched drugs, you should know that weed doesnt make you that stupid or out of controll. You just laugh alot and have fun. For me and most of the people in my neibourhood just do it to waste time, cuz theirs nothing else to do in this neibourhood. The only real danger of smoking a bit of pot now and then is getting caught by your parents, (happend to me, now i've quit).

I find I do more stupid things now cuz I have nothing else to do. I've resorted to strapping rocket engins onto toy cars and seeing what happens. And the classic egging houses and the odd person.

DCmader, You are getting into the dangerous part of weed, dealing. Up hear in canada at the moment the cops have decided not to make arrests on small amounts of weed, under 15 grams, cuz the laws are so unclear right now. But dealing can get you a life sentence, and it means you have to deal with people who can get you into harder stuff.

As long as you only smoke like once a week on weekends I see no harm in it, but if you do get into dealing than the bad stuff happens.
