yeah.. i dont know why they didnt bring you in with your friends. I was at a school dance in 7th grade, and i was walking around the building with one other person (a girl if you must know), and we walked by this group of kids smoking sigs, they said hi to us.. we say hello back and keep on our way, when we are about 2 feet away, a cop comes around the corner, and searches all of us (even though we werent with the other kids.. they were near us.. therefore we were suspected of being with them), finds a bowl on one of the other kids, and brings us 'to the station'. Yeah it sucked.. we got away clean cause the other kids ended up telling the cops that we didnt even know them.. but it were scary :O :O

I would think the cops would figure if he was with people who were going to smoke pot, he had the intention of smoking it as well, regardless of if it was his or not.. 3/4 of the people i know dont smoke their own pot.. they sell it, then get "smoked up" by (usually) one of the people they sold it to.

If you must know, yes I do smoke pot, but the main reason behind this post is to say...Why are you all argueing, you are not going to agree, so whats the point? The anti's will remain antis and the pro's will remain pro's.

I've smoked weed. It's fun. It's not something i want to make a habit of. I've done it maybe a total of 5 times in my life. I probably will do it again. I don't think there's anything wrong with it if you're responsible enough. If you're sitting in your basement with your friends for the night, smoke up. What's the harm? It's the stupid people that go driving for something to do afterwords that make it bad for everyone else.

Same thing can be said about alcohol. How many people die every year because of accidents caused by someone being DWI/DUI? Why is it still legal? People show time and again every year that they can't handle the responsibilities? So why spend so much time and money worrying about weed when there's a much bigger problem?

However, i think that weed should be illegal. If you're responsible and reasonable, you'll never get caught, so why worry? People that are stupid and smoke all the time, should get caught and get what they deserve.
