ok. the majority of us have paintball as a hobby/profession..

i happen to have another expensive hobby.. (aside from throwing all sorts of upgrades on my truck)

a nitro powered RC car. man, does this thing haul ***. my mom bought me a gift certificate to a hobby shop to get a new transmission for this thing.. so i threw a 2 speed (automatic) transmission in here.. goes upwards of 50+mph

this thing is so much fun to drive around.. open parking lots are the best.

Thats sweet, I have an old 1/10 Rc10-DS laying around somewhere, I was into RC cars for a few years, but then the local hobby shop where I used to race shut down, and all the other ones charged like $10 to put a car in a race, and my car was kinda getting outmatched by smaller, newer cars. And I found paintball so I didn't have any spare money to upgrade my car I hope to get back into it, but lately my funds are getting kinda low, trying to fix up my mom's old s-10 so I can have a car when i get my license...

Looks nice man, I just bought a backup cocker but I may trade it for a friend of mines nitro powered stampede. It sounds like a freaking dirt bike. He said he had a "15" in it. I use to have a Kyosho Ultima but I really didn't like the electric side of it.

well, after pulling this thing out of the closet last night after its winter storage.. i try to go tool around with it today..

Nice RS4's but trim down those body posts I have been running electric and nitro cars/trucks anb boats for about 15 years. I have the MT version of the RS4, gota love a 50mph 4wd Truck that will own on the street and the dirt. I also have a DuraTrax Street Force GP nitro street car that has been clocked at 62mph at a local track. My current project is a 3foot nitro boat with dual watercooled OS .81 vrm motors, this little bad boy will have about 8.5hp.

pssssh n00bs. A guy that used to live across the street from me was the head designer at Tyco toys and he had a shed in his back yard with everything in it. He had everything from cheap tyco cars to the most expensive cars. He custom built a 1/8 (maybe 1/10) scale drag car that almost hit 80. The thing was massive, and loud. VERY LOUD. He was also workin on an even bigger one, it was like 12 feet long. He moved before he completed it tho.

I got 3 cars myself...Ofna OB4, RC10GT, and a Schumacher. The ob-4 is outfitted in stock graphite chassis, aluminum lower chassis and the almighty novarossi .12 engine..the engine has a little more then 1hp i believe..the rc10gt has blue aluminum servos mounts, engine mounts, and the small plate above the differential..the schumacher is completely stock with its 2.1hp engine..that too which i believe is a novarossi..or OS ? not sure..all cars powered by my Futaba radio..no pcm, but fm..the radio that is one step down from the pcm one...about $200...and a hitech radio..the one that is the crappy version of the airtronics M8. All cars have fail safe too.
