yea, im def hoping to get a savage, or another dirt vehicle that I can really beat the bag out of.

naa.. jus kidding. i do like the off-road cars and the trucks, they have more of a place to drive em... whereas my touring car, gotta be on nice smooth-ish pavement or any smooth flat surface.

nice RC10...its a newer one too...mine is the older version cuz i got the full chassis..its not bent at the sides, it has walls..it was a lot harder to put it together then if it had the wallless bent chassis..any mods on it? i see alum shocks, reciever case, nice pipe, and the piece of metal on the right side to cover the electronics so it doesnt get damaged in case of a crash..is that custom? i had a horrible crash with my ob4...im at my DMV on a sunday..yes its legal..we asked the DMV.anyway....they set up a track with fire hose..and im coming around a turn and i cut it wide...so that im very close to the fire hose...a serpent vector 1/8th scale car is flying down the straitaway right after he shifted into 2nd..he jumps the hose..smashes right into my car..lots of stuff was demolished..and instead of repairing the car with new parts..it was actually cheaper to buy a new car lol...and at the time ofna was giving 8 tires/rims/inserts with it. i got lucky there..and they are great tires...nothing like some pit shimizus..but they do work well on asphalt..

do you race? if u do id lose the pull start...its a weight that will make ur car run faster..but then u need a starter box..i remember when i first got into the sport with the pull start..i never knew u had to prime the engine to get gas in it so i was pulling away for like 20 mins...then someone finally showed me how to prime it and it started on the 2nd pull lol..fun times ill see if i can make a movie of my cars in action...

that car is like the super rs4...but one thing...it pulls wheelies without the body on it lol..quite funn..it goes 0-40 in like 2 seconds..but u gotta know not to punch the throttle a lot or youll just fishtale all over the place...

a nitro powered RC car. man, does this thing haul ***. my mom bought me a gift certificate to a hobby shop to get a new transmission for this thing.. so i threw a 2 speed (automatic) transmission in here.. goes upwards of 50+mph

this thing is so much fun to drive around.. open parking lots are the best.

                  heres the inside/engine
...just be sure to have good reception. my dad's friend had one up at the high school when they were younger that did like 50+mph, but the batteries died on the control or he lost reception so he couldn't steer the thing and ended up driving it straight into a curb at 50+mph and destroyed a few hundred dollars worth of goodies
Well, Like a Fat Girl Playing DodgeBall...I'm out.

Yep, alot of my stuff is "custom".
A first to do is a baloon over the reciever so that gas doesn't get into the electronics and screw em up.
The second thing i did was the side brace. I run all the electronics along it and ur right, i can do virtually anything and it still works great.
As far as mods, heres what i've done:
                    Alum. Shocks
                    Semi-tight Springs
                    "custom" front plate
                    "custom" side bracket
                    "custom" ghetto-velcro battery "casing" lol
Megatech m-16 t-maxx engine with "custom" mounts
                    Cvec tuned pipe
                    RPM CLawz wheels
                    Air-saver Air filter
                    Airtronics reciver/steering servo
Also, something that REALLY helps in races. I took a zip-tie and made a small pull for my fuel tank. Now i cna re-fuel w/o taking of the body which makes pitting much faster.
I also used some steel braid and "braided" the battery wire into it so it will never get severed(resulting in run-away).
I think thats most of it. I have vids of it jumping 8 ft...which is insane. If i put on the street tires i can hit 57.5 mph which is pretty fast for a 1/10 truck.

nice mods...and i never raced, but all the events i looked at didnt allow a cvec pipe since it has two exhaust ports..might be different by you..the zip tie on the gas tank is one of the easiest and most effective mods..works wonders..btw what kinda radio do you have?

micromag--thats why i got failsafe...just incase some one has my frequency or the batteries dump...it puts the car at an idle so nothing happens to it.

I have the MT version of the RS4, gota love a 50mph 4wd Truck that will own on the street and the dirt. I also have a DuraTrax Street Force GP nitro street car that has been clocked at 62mph at a local track. My current project is a 3foot nitro boat with dual watercooled OS .81 vrm motors, this little bad boy will have about 8.5hp.
The boat has more hp than my lawn mower.

I believe that HPI cars are japanese..correct me if im wrong...but you can put any type of car body on any type of car..just as long as its the right size..i believe the most common sizes are 190mm or 200mm...so if the body u like fits those specs..then u can use it..i have a lamborghini and a honda accord..
