HPI Cars are american made. Sizes for touring car bodies represent the width of the body, so either would fit, but it would look a little funny to have a 190mm body on a 200mm car.

P.s. This is what I have, Specs are:
Traxxas Nitro 4tec, Trinity Picco TP125 .15 engine (Wayy overkill @ 1.3+Hp!!), hpi SS rims, Proline Road Rage tires, Hitec HS-605BB steering servo (overkill!), HPI Eclipse body, Futaba 2PEKA Radio sys. Proline Aluminum Front hubs and arms, and assorted carbon fibre parts.
