AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.

if we lived that long we probably evolve into something much greater then what we already are and humans as we know it wouldnt exist but there would be the decendents i suppose of us(assuming we dont somehow destroy ourselves)

ummm.. the sun is actually a constant nuclear explosion..
it wont work..
you'll need gallons and gallons of water... gallons and gallons of the previously mentioned gallons...
thats why you use an ANTI nuclear bomb! like a big instant freeze pack that is in a rocket and when it gets close enough to the sun it pops and BAM no more sun!
But isnt the sun supposed to go out in about 8 million years anyway, then everything on earth (if theirs anything left in 8 million years) will die.
The sun won't simply "go out". Realize that our sun is not a large star, and thus, when it "goes out", it will be less dramatic then if a larger star "went out"
The sun will rapidly expand in an immeasurable explosion, engulfing the first couple of planets in pure energy, vaporizing them instantly. Once all the engery is consumed the star will collapse in upon itslef, and most likely become a sort of white dwarf.

Yea, these little bacteria and tube worms 15,000 feet below the surface of our oceans. They would die soon as well because as the earth cooled(probably over a few eons), the energy would run out.
It's not neccesarily that it's the sun, it's that it is our only major energy source. If it was gone, we couldn't dream of producing enough energy without it.
And yes...I went into teacher mode because it's fun.

And we'd all die
hahahah the earth would raise 30 decibels in a single day
