Oh my God, Miscue. I was just about to say that. I can't believe you beat me to it. Any revolver that can take out the Bat Jet is just awesome!

That, and the Desert Eagle .50 that Ivan uses in Boondock Saints, with the sickle and hammer on the muzzle.
                      Your head asplode!

Ok, already mentioned but the Romeo and Juliet guns and 5th Element guns ROCK.

                        One not mentioned so far:
-Fully auto weirdo guns from Equilibrium. Got the super big clips, little metal studs on bottom of clip, and dif firing modes. The movie was ok (only good for action), but those guns rocked.

AGD - "I WILL KEEEELLL YOU ALLLLL! then we love you long time...."
quik -"10 round tubes and 1/2 naked asians? This cant be good."
"I hear it's amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on Hara-kiri Rock. I need scissors! 61!"

All weapons in Ghost in the shell, especialy the briefcase guns.

The rocket launcher with four rockets from Commando(i think)

Those guns from eXistenZ look really wierd. Is that movie any good? What is it about?

I thought the modified berettas used in Equilibrium were pretty cool, no so much the guns themselves but the way they were used, very cool.

Note the muzzlee flash resembling the Tetragrammaton Logo, a rather poignant 'last thing you see before you die' image.
