If you're too scared of the "colonies" manike, remember Canada is only about 15-20 minutes away from where you'll be. At least they still have money with the Queen on it.

Well, technically it is, since we're east of there, but more to the point, we get a whole lot of trans-Atlantic flights coming in through BWI (Baltimore-Washington International) and Dulles that then connect to domestic airports. It's something to consider, especially if you find that you can work in a day or two of a stopover to visit Washington for the sake of a little holiday.

Just a word of advice, If you fly into Dulles Airport after 10 pm, make sure you arent hungry, the only food availible is a nasty hotdog from a little stand. its horrible. I got stuck with no food in my stomach for the last part of my flight to Ft Jackson. i will avoid that airport for the rest of my life.

Anyone from NYC? i am out there for the Audio Engineer Society Convention at the Javit Center. Any good fields within a reasonable distance?
