Bush has been notorious for not commenting on a lot of things. His general technique is to not lend credibility to stories by talking about them, and I agree with him. And it is generall accepted in only certain very small circles that it happened. Most people don't know or care enough to really think about and barring any kind of evidence aren't willing to make up their minds.
#2 A "C" average, even at Harvard, is not a good thing. Fortunately, the President is smart enough to surround himself with an exceptionally brilliant (if sometimes misguided) staff. Powell, Rice, and Rumsfeld are all sharp as tacks.
I'm willing to bet that's better then any of us did at Harvard. A "C" average at Harvard isn't great, but it's not exactly something to stick your head in the ground in shame over. There's nothing wrong with it.
