CNN reports that Rush Limbaugh is checking himself into rehab for addiction to pain killers.

What's that flushing noise you ask Rush? WHy it's your career going down the toilet!

Hypocrite!

His career isn't going anywhere.

While I no longer agree with a lot of what he says (like the non-stop republicans-are-all-gods), he has enough support, and now that he's finally getting help, he's doing it the right way.

He'll be back in a month.

Also, would you like to elaborate on the "hypocrite" statement? I didn't listen too long, but I don't think he ever said anything that could now be taken as hypocrisy.

Rush is hardly a hypocrite the way some of the people on the other side are.

God bless him as he gets his life back, it's going to be the single hardest thing he's ever going to do.

I hate all types of hypocrites! Both on the left and the right.

He is a hypocrite for preaching for years about how drug addicts are weak and scummy. He is no better then them.

I hope he does get better, but any respect I had for him is gone! He is using the Bret Favre defense now.

I think what he preached was how there is no one to blame for addiction but yourself (and your weaknesses).

To be fair to Rush, he was always very careful to stay away from the drug topic in most sense, thus avoiding the hypocrit charge.

I feel for him for his addiction and for the incredible physical pain he's been in to cause the addiction. I hope he recovers.

BUT, I am not happy that he broke the law. For that he should be punished. I would hope they fine the hell out of him and force him to make public service announcements. I do not favor jail time, since I simply fail to see what society gets out of him being in Jail, but I think punishment is in order.

Yeah, as I look back I shouldnt have said slandered. What I meant, was Newt raised a huge stink about the whole thing and made a huge deal about how clinton had this affair. Only to turn around a be a hippocrit.

Rush rules, I don't see the big deal, he said "black quarterback" that's what McNabb is, he's black, and he's a quarterback. If anyone's a hypocrit it's McNabb for taking that wrongly.
