Any one with Piercings? I just got one!

Yup, well when i was 13, i pierced my ear, it closed, and at 15 i did it again in my dorm room with a needle and alchohol :) but now, at 17, i decided to do something a little more serious

Yesterday, i went and got my tongue pierced. My mother signed, and let me say, im damn happy with it. It didnt hurt at all, and now it only gives me mild discomfort when i eat.

This thing is great! its so much fun!

so any one else have something pierced?

to each his own i guess. dudes with piercings really bother me. they dont bother me like tatoos on chicks do, but it still bothers me. my wife has her tounge pierced, at one time she had two piercings in her tounge, and she seems to get along just fine. its certainly better than that eyebrow one.

nope, im actually speaking just fine! my s's are a little harder to say, and some n's but within a day or so, i will be fine

well im sorry to bother you :) but really, thats why i chose the tongue. It cant always be seen. My dad had a problem with it as well, and we discussed it, and came to a mutual agreement.

I thought that, it will be better than having my lip pierced, or something else. It isnt too visable, and it can be taken out and have your tongue go back to a completely normal state.

well, i did it for my own satisfaction. i personally like it, it feels cool, and it looks great.

and, alot of girls like it, i know this girl i like is wild about it, and she cant wait to kiss me with it (yes we have kissed before, in her words, it will add more spice than ever before!!!)

any ways. its just something to do, something that makes me a lil more different than the others.

btw, when your working "down there" it can make it so much better for her

People with tounge rings or piercings sound like chipmunks, because it always hit their teeth when they talk. Anybody else see the thing that pablo francisco did on that? LOL

congradulations! I too have my tongue pierced... actually had it done twice for a while until I decided that one was too far off center and deleted it.

Just wait till tomorow, you'll be surprised how much your tongue has swollen but it's not dangerous. Just try and keep ice on it as much as possible today. The second time around I got wise on the matter and was alot less, imparred the next day.

for the rest of you let me touch on a few misconseptions.

*Tongue piercings aren't always sexual. Take me, I'm a virgin at 24 almost 25.
*Why? Because I liked the look. Same reason why ppl wear earings, comb their hair or brush their teeth.
*I never talked with a lisp, not from day one, and mine never hits my teeth, infact that's bad for you to let it hit your teeth alot, your dentist will complain. Same with drooling... not true
*I dunno about anyone else but mine is never cold, body temp at all times.
*It's really not a big issue on your diet either. Both times I was eating Pizza the same day... only the second time around it was alot fast and bigger chuncks. Refer back to the Ice thing.

I do NOT recomend this if you have a small mouth or bad teeth. A small mouth will be more prone to bitting the jewelry while eating...it's painfull and can crack teeth. Yes, I've done it and no I didn't do it more then once.
And if you have bad teeth, well spend the money on getting them fixed first....
