i don't understand why people can't wait until they are 18 and don't need a parent/guardian signature to pierce themselves. seriously, whats the rush?

personally, tongue piercings don't bother me until that person starts playing with it in their mouth and make the clacking noise.

well, i thought ao would have been more accepting, im glad to see Heat here being supportive.


I dont really play with it once, and i doubt that i will, i dont wanna ruin my teeth.

There was no rush, i have been considering getting this done for a long time, and with my bday being 4 months away, i was well prepared to wait. I had asked for my parents permission for x-mas, and i got it, so i decided to go through with it now, and not later.

i just hope it doesnt swell as bad as heat suggests, it was a little swolen this morning, and it went down, im surprised that it will swell tomorow again, well its all good, its the price i pay

I took it all out now, you can barly tell I had anything done.
I took them out for a college interview, and job interview in the same day. Then I got into the college and I got the job. But when I wore the rings to work they told me they werent aloud, and they didnt know I had any and thats why they didnt talk to me aboiut the "guys with pearsings" rule. So I started taking them out just for work...that got to be a pain, so I just stopped wairing them.

Now when a guy wants th mwss with you just tell him you did it with a nail...lol

well the reason it swells is because over night as with most injuries your body takes a little little more time trying to fix it and so if you go to bed with a sore back you will most likey wake up with a very stiff back... makes sence right? This will probably last about 3 days... it's very different from person to person though. Also, oral piercings heal the fastes, within a month you should have almostno swelling at all, but keep it clean. Your mouth is loaded with baceria, most good, some bad. Be careful not to "over clean" it. You don't want to kill the good bacteria... good luck, should get a pics up... I'll see if I can find any of mine when I get home... I'm at work right now

Well I got one and it is called a Jacobs Ladder and they stuck a 12 gauge or 14 gauge they said. In my peehole. I would take a pic but it would be considered pornography I think. other than that I got the thing under my toungue pierced and my lip.

Heat, yea take a pic! i will get one as soon as i can, i know Ga Devil has his tongue done as well, he helped convince me that it was ok to do etc, and talked to me about the risks..


now in 2 weeks time, i can get a shorter bar. then i plan to step it up to a 12 ga, then stay there. ive heard the 12 ga is safer than the 14, and has less chance of any sort of rip out

I work at a resturant(don't want to say witch one)

They say it counteracts the "atmosphere" they wish to create.
Sens I got the job there I got another one at a bar (ya 2 jobs @ age 18) the guy who owns it said he dosen't think men should pierce themselfs. He prob would have still hired me, due to my mad crazy skills with drinking...I mean...getting loaded...I mean...getting other people loaded.
