What's your hobo solution for $80 roses?

I really don't want to pay $80 for twelve dead plants. $80 is a lot of money to a hobo.

Any really cheap ideas?

It's odd about not liking carnations, most chicks I know like them. Yes they are the cheap mans out for roses, but they last longer and they can dye them really cool colors

seriously, most girls would prefer that you spent 80 bucks on something that will last more than a week. Forget the flowers, they will be dead in a week. Find something else that will make her smile.

please note, this is from my experiences. I like my women low maintenance, YMMV.
