Not Bad Garbage PickingToday

I got myself a 5hp briggs and straton leaf blower (the kind that you push), took me about 10 minutes to get it started, it runs fine now, the choke cable is missing, so you have to turn the little handle yourself, and there is some rust on it, other than that, it works perfect.
I got a nice wheel barrow that I just need to fill up the tire because it sat for years.
I got a decent monitor
I got a cheap stereo
And i'm going back out for more
Best part, it was all free and legal.

The leaf blower is great for blowing up bunkers. Keep it for when you get an airball field in your backyard. Either that... or clean up the leaves in the backyard to make dad happy.

Ahh...dumpster diving.

I live right near the Burton Snowboard Factory, and they throw out some TREASURES there! My friends got some great gloves and bindings. Unfortunately, their policy now is the delaminate the boards before throwing them away, so you can't get a full deck.

Some apparel though!

my neighbors are retards when it comes to dumpster diving, last year i finally got around to cleaning out the garage after 10+ years of no one touching it. needless to say i had heeps of stuff to throw out, most of it because mice got to it (chewing, poo poo, pee, etc). my neighbors picked through the trash took a lamp that was contaminated with mouse feces, leaves the lamp shade and it ends up rolling down the street because they didn't secure it with the other trash.

I used to have some nieghbors whos greatest thrill in life was to pack up a picknick every saturday evening and go to the dump to find "treasures" and shoot Rats at night with .22's!

haha...thats pretty hickish...but me and my friends go dumpster diving all the time...and we find some pretty good things...half my room has some kool things i found in a dumpster
