I don't think Havok deserves a ban either. Two wrongs don't make a right. I am fresh out of a three day ban who everyone agreed was undeserved, but I don't have evidence of the bias because that thread was conveniently deleted. Cphillip used that "prior history" crap as well, and this is what he was referring to:

In a thread where I was trying to be helpful to AO members who ganged up on me PBN style. Where were the mods then? Well, when they did show up, why did they jump on me? Because everyone else was as well. Just like in the deleted thread. So why am I a trouble maker for treating others in kind? LMK I would LOVE to hear this. And also, there have been many including yourself who are dodging the swear filter. How do you justify that?

Dude, DB has been an asshat here for the past year. All he did was piss and moan about everything.

When someone is repeatedly causing problems, we should remove them.

This is the exact type of attitude the Mods are adopting and the result is unfair bans and one sided reprimands. Anyone with an opposing viewpoint is going to rub someone the wrong way. The mods are just developing a pattern of busting the one they don't agree with. Only when we call them out do they start cleaning up threads and handing out warnings, but the bans are reserved for the special people like DB and myself. The "Trouble makers" as you can clearly see in my past precedent which contributed to Cphil's decision for a 3 day ban.

Defend your position. You are making unfounded claims, and your motivation is that you are upset with being disciplined, although deservingly... demonstrating no sense of accountability. Blame yourself.

No, it's because you make decisions based on what you think is actual fact, when in reality, you're WAY off.

And I agree with Q and with Thordic. DB has been nothing but an pain in the arse, picking fights & saying stuff knowing full well that he'll ruffle feathers. He had 2 full pages of it before the thread was split.
