Your actions are as above described and no matter how you spin them you over reacted and broke the rules in that final post intended as a final insult on your way out the door. Your still refusing to address what YOU DID to get you banned. So I expect you will repeat it.

In the mean time obey the rules or you know where the door is. Have a good day.

Insightful enough... all it does is give a few more details on where you have made unfair decisions. Harassing? Hardly... all I did was PM you my reply, then when you didnt even say anything but "Good day," I called closing the thread a copout... which it was. Drop the bomb? I would tell you to quit being a smart-insert A word, but you would ban me.

So now your going to lie to me as well? You let me pick the time, and you say its not good enough, when I pick a MINIMAL ammount of time? A 2 day for Havoc would have been fine, I was being general with a couple of three days.

As for MY bannings... oh boy. Wanna go there buddy? One of them was hands down THE SINGLE MOST GROSS ACT OF AO FAVORITISM I HAVE EVER SEEN. Sadly the thread was deleted or I would bring it back up [edited as to not offend you]

As for the thread you brought up, that was referencing one ban... the ban you placed on me. Whats funny, is you tried to PERM ban me until another mod said he thought it was unfair, and you played the "you were trying to scare me" card. Good job [edited as to not upset you].

Regarding these warnings you bring up... I got no beef with Thordic or his guys, but jesus miscue, how many times do you see them say things like "S-bad letters" [edited so you dont ban me]and get away with it? If I did that I would be gone so fast... heck, I said "D- bad letters" [edited so you dont ban me] and army edited it and said if I cuss again im perm banned. Sounds real just and fair.

You know... no matter what anybody else says, for the most part all the moderators (especially the newer ones; load and tuna) are great. Cphill has a lot of weight on his shoulders I know, with stuff like this always coming up. After all... he cant argue against other mods, and neither can others (for the most part) But I Dont think there is a person here, even Miscues friends, who can say he isnt unfair in many of his rulings. Then its gonna stay open... because im not giving an "approval" to close a thread that only brings out the worst of AO... which needs to be done, because im not the only one thats sick of all the BS around what WAS the best forum for paintball.

I did choose the time; I said a three day for DB, and a 2 day for havoc since he gets one day less. Personally, I dont want EITHER to be banned, but to me, the only FAIR way to ban them (assuming you cant get around the ban) would be two three days. He disregarded this and decided to not change it, even though he said he would. Shows his awesome character.

Havoc's ban time is now set and I won't change it.

However, I will change DB's ban time to whatever you would like that you believe to be fair. You will find out the wisdom in this later.

If you REALLY want to know what I would do (which you dont) I wouldnt ban either... I chose the shortest, most fair ban time as possible... but dont think either deserved one. (Just like I didnt. But thats another story.)
