                Also it is not legal to take gamefish in fresh water using a spear any where in the US... so umm yeah look out for the game warden if one sees that pic it could offically suck for you...

                    the picture just IMPLIED we used a spear on it. the big gash/hole in the side of its head could have been from anything...lol.

                        In quite a few states catfish are not considered "gamefish" in the same way as large/small mouth bass, trout, etc.
