I see your point steelrat, but in this case, even the prosecution didn't beleive peterson to be a smart criminal. The bodies washed up right by his fishing trip on the alleged day. He talked to his girlfriend the whole time they were looking for his wife and lied about looking for her. If he did do this murder he is not a smart criminal. He did many things that I would not consider to be smart if he were a murderer.

I should have also included the "lucky" criminal. Water does bad things to a body, and there should be a way to overcome the difficulty in pinning down a cause of death. In fact, its possible, though difficult, to prosecute a murder case with no body. Its just too damn easy to get rid of a body.

Yeah, Im surprised how many bodies are found. If I murdered someone I would bury them as far down in the ground as I could in some woods in the middle of nowhere. If you kill someone its not time to be lazy.

          Squid you scare me.

Let Peterson burn. His actions after the fact are hard enough as it is.
