if i had 1 grand to throw out. i might buy one.. personaly, i think there gonna drop to 300 in a few months. because almost every one in the friggin world has one now. there will be no demand for them soon. and prices will shoot down.. but for now. im fine with driving 13 miles to my walmart and playin theres every day. AFTER you fight with like 15 kids to play it

i paid 180 over the retail but really i have the $$ and i dont feel like waiting till febuary to get one

i know stores will get them in before that but they will be sold out faster than anything ill probably wont be able to get one soo im just going to get that one

is anyone else wondering why microsoft didnt just sell xbox 360's for more? they lost money selling them so low, yet people want them so much, for some reason theyre willing to pay way over retail (hint: ^^) for them. it seems like it would have made more sense to just sell them initially for more. they wouldnt have lost money on them, and they wouldnt be such a scramble with such high prices on ebay. unless, what microsoft wanted was publicity because of a huge scramble...

i still dont understand why people are willing to pay so much for an xbox 360. why would not waiting a month or two be worth $180?? its just a video game system...

yeah, computers are more expensive but you can do a hell of a lot more on a computer then you can on a gaming console. and anyway, building your own computer is waay cheaper. And a computer to match a xbox 360 wouldn't have to be over 800 dollars, custome built.

yeah my friends brother had a low end gaming computer built for him for about 1500 and i saw the specks on it and its nice

the processor could be a bit better but the ram and video card is


i have a pathedic video card on my laptop and i have to say that when i play counter strike sources and half life 2 the graphics are better then xbox 360 graphics but its not was smooth being my FPS blows

I think Im gonna stand outside EB and wait for some little hobgoblinish kid that needs some exercise to walk out with one and grab it on the run. Not only might this benefit him by giving him some exercise immediately, for about 3 steps until he falls over gasping for breath, but it might motivate him to play outside some more. I think it would be good for america.

This is why I decided months ago I'd wait till next year.
