    I have heard of cases in MI of minors having sex and both being charged with statutory rape. No idea on the single person thing. It would be kiddi porn though, and anyone who distributed it would be in trouble

        I thought there was a news blurb like this about a month ago. Kid videos his friend and the friends gf doing the 'hokey pokey' and posts it on the intarweb as a joke. All involved are minors, but the taper was being charged with child porn laws after the whole school got wind of it ala American Pie.
